  • The contract says

    To be eligible for RSA: a The RSA must not create any contractual or FAR illegalities in the IFC’s existing schedule. An IFC may pick up an RSA out of Base and must be able to meet the callout requirement.

    An IFC who picks up an out of Base RSA will not be eligible for Deadhead pay to/from Base. Any hotel cost to sit RSA is incurred at the IFC’s expense.

    Article 12 sets out when and how RSA is assigned, but does not state a separate rate of pay for it. If you are asking what RSA pays, check the compensation provisions in Article 23 and confirm with your Union representative.
